I'm one of a kind and enjoy playing tennis & basketball and totally adoreLindsay Lohan, The Fray, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Anna Faris. I love shopping, especially at Chanel, Guess, Gucci, A&F, and Louis Vuitton. Don't you ?
So sorry that I haven't been able to reply comments lately, I'm swarmed with party-planning and studying for KH, Geo, History, and Higher English, but probably (after) next week I should be back on track. Anyway, the Higher English exam is tomorrow, set by the one and only Ms. Anne Charley. Fortunately, we didn't have oral today (it'll be next week), Ms. Anne briefed us roughly on what's going to be coming out, and she relieved me a lot, telling us that we don't have to memorize anything because she's not that mean and she didn't want to kill us. Also, regarding how tough last year's Higher English paper was, she said that:
She doesn't repeat questions.
All the answers are in the passage.
We shouldn't be reading last year's paper and waste our life.
So, I guess for all of you who are sitting for the paper tomorrow, which is like, Forms 1-3 Weslians, I think... anyway, good luck!!

Okay, I'm on holiday now, which is relieving... as the icon above explains it all. It is true though, because I mean, everyone keeps telling us to appreciate our youth, but they're sticking us in class... even though I am aware of the whole education is life thingy, which is way overrated to me, but still... we have to study to have a life, and a good one at that, but... if you knew what the lectures were like you are seriously better off Googling the info or something.
Anyway, I've replaced the hot news column with lyrics instead, so just a quick update on what I can remember... Felicity Huffman loved working with Lindsay Lohan in Georgia Rule!!! I knew I always liked her... especially in Desperate Housewives. Anyway, Georgia Rule is set to hit theatres in the States on May 11th, a day before my birthday party... which I should be handing out invitations to on Thursday when we're back to school... and for those of you who I won't be seeing around WMS, I'll find a way to get the invites to you!!
It's so saddening that they're airing One Tree Hill at a totally unreasonable time!! I mean, honestly, who wouldn't be in school at 10 in the morning?! So, for these few days until we're back to school on Thursday, I'm totally going to take advantage of this opportunity.Thursday morning Xin Yun and I were smsing each other throughout the advertisements and sometimes during the show as well, but fortunately for us, they're repeating season 1.
Shoutouts:~
Congratulations to YL for getting second in class!! I knew you could do it!
Make sure to catch Georgia Rule when it hits theatres!!!!!!
A lot has been happening since the last time I updated, but then again, I say that almost every time. The MSSKL Tennis Tournament is over and done with... I guess that I could have done better than I did. Here are all my scores:
1st Day: 8-1 (Won)
2nd Day: 8-3 (Won)
3rd Day: 5-8 (Lost)
So, overall I reached the quarter-finals, and I might have gotten to the semis if I hadn't called my opponent's second serve in... because if I hadn't, I would've won the game. In fact, I wasn't even aware that her serve was out until Shareena, who was cheering me from the stands, told me after the game was over... but I guess it's my fault. Better luck next year.
I got totally sunburnt within those 3 days, though... and the sad part is that we arrived there at about, 8.00am, and my match wasn't until like... 3pm?? So, for those unbearingly long 7 hours, me, Jon Gui, and a couple of other seniors just hung out with Madam Anne and talked about school gossip and the teachers that we hate. Which is weird, telling that to a teacher and all... but let's just say that I found one or two secrets which I would never have guessed. But now I'm like, practically 3 shades darked than I was. You should compare me on what my skin color was on Monday and now.
Shareena reached the finals, no surprise there, since she's like, a ranked player and all... but she lost to the top seed. Still, she's heading off to India with two other girls for the Junior World Cup (Her first year competing!!), so best of luck to her!
Anyway, WMS's Sports Day is over, which is kind of saddening because it means that we won't get to miss classes by rehearsing and everything. Overall, yellow house emerged as champion, because their gymrama was seriously cool... while green house's gymrama totally sucked, and everyone agrees... except Alison!! Blue house was second, behind yellow house by just a couple of points, and then green house, and lastly red. I'm just relieved that we didn't get last, you know?? I guess that our athletes helped us out a lot, beating most of the other houses in the track events (100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100m, 800m)... and yellow house probably won because:
A) Their gymrama was cool.
B) Tzer Chyuan broke practically all of the records.
But besides that, Xin Yun won for the 100m race and Sxu Gene won for 4x100!!Congratulations you guys!! You totally deserved it!!
The Australians are here!!About 10-15 college students from the Sacred Heart College in Perth, Australia along with their principal arrived today as part of some programme, because a couple of students from my school visited them last year, and I think that we wanted to return our gratitude or something. Anyway, it was pretty cool... we barely got to miss our first lesson, and for the last two classes, which just so happens to be double period of Math, I think maybe the whole school got to miss class and watch the Australians take on our school team in basketball, which they trashed us really badly, soccer, which they also won 1-0, and volleyball and netball, which we won... miraculously. Most of the guys in my class the whole school were going on and on about the girls being so hot... and the fact that they were all pretty blondes with 1 or 2 brunettes didn't change their minds. I guess the guys are okay, maybe 1 or 2 of the guys were decent looking, one was okay to me, I guess... but the rest were, normal?? Their accent is really cool though, and when we were in the hall during the welcoming ceremony or whatever you call it, there were some pretty cool performances. We put on 3 dances for them, 1 for each race, and then in return they did a dance for us, with one of the girls singing "Australia, My Home" or something like that. She had a nice voice, but KS was acting as if she could have sang better. Anyway, there was also this Australian guy who did a so-called "magic trick" with his fingers, complete with music that he did himself. It was funny, hard to explain, though.
